I am the groomer for Groomindales Pet Salon. Although I may be new to some of you I have worked as a groomer in the DeLand area for over 5 years now. I live in Palm Coast with my loving husband, two children and 3 dogs. I bring with me 21 years of experience and a desire to treat every animal as if it was my own. I attend bi-annual conferences to keep up-to-date on the latest grooms and equipment that will aid me in giving your dog the best possible clip in the safest manner.
I travel from Flagler County because I love the people and most importantly the animals of DeLand. My interest and love of animals has been with me since I was a child. There has rarely been a time when I did not have a canine in my life. I have 21 years of experience handling the animals of others and 39 years of my own. In fact, I am one of the few people who can truly say that I love my job and look forward to each day’s work.
My attention to detail and relaxed environment will give you the best possible groom for your dogs and cats. I have impeccable scissoring skills for your Bichon and Poodles and a calming demeanor for the young and old alike. While I have a strong knowledge of AKC standard breed clips the new and designer dogs make it difficult to achieve those standards so my continued education keeps me up on the latest grooms and the best techniques to improve the quality of my grooms. Most important is a dogs health and comfort. Proper skin, flea control and coat care along with proper nutrition for the climate in which a dog lives in is of the utmost importance to me. To bring this to you and your pet I attend bi-annual grooming seminars to improve my skills and knowledge. I have, also, competed in grooming competitions and I am currently looking for near breeds standards or show quality dogs to compete with and to complete my master groomer certification.
It is my belief that every dog, regardless of its breed, be groomed with care, compassion, and precision and that every pet leaves the grooming table looking like the superstar they are!

Hi. I'm Baker Barb & I've been baking for your "kids" for about 4 years. I enjoy what I do & being able to spoil your dogs while they are in for a groom or just play time is just too much fun. They all are so entertaining to watch. I've lived in DeLand for 18 years & I am the mom of Kirby & Hoover. No, they are not the things you plug in & push around to suck up dirt but cute little Dachshunds who run around licking up the stuff I drop on the kitchen floor. When I'm not baking, I enjoy cooking for humans, Golfing with friends & just laughing & having fun. Oh, and a nice glass of wine after baking all day is a nice way to end the day.

I have been baking with Barb for almost 2 years and I love my job. The feeling of joy that comes from our happy four-legged friends when we bake healthy treats for them is indescribable. Barb and I work well as a team and we each bring our own ideas and talents to the table. I am originally from New jersey but have lived and worked in Deland for much of the last 29 years. I am married and have 1 two-legged child, 2 stepdaughters, as well as my 3 four-legged babies, a cocker spaniel named Maggie, a Jack russell names Pita (and yes it stands for what you think) and a Jack Russell named Bella. When not working I enjoy cooking, playing golf and just getting together with friends and family.

I am Debbie Fieser, the pet courier for Groomindales. I think Amy chose to offer this job to me since she knows how much I care for all critters BIG & small. I grew up on a farm and was very active in 4-H showing cows and pigs competitively at county fairs. I have been a realtor in Volusia County for 16 years and will be able to continue the real estate business as well. In my spare time I lend a hand at my husband's family dairy farm in DeLeon Springs, Fieser Dairy - the last dairy farm in Volusia County; there's always plenty to do there. I love the outdoors - Kayaking, boating, Motorcycle riding, Gardening, and hiking - just about anything to enjoy our great Florida weather.
