Hospital Manager:
The Hospital Manager will oversee all operations at the hospital. He/she must hold the highest regard for maintaining a healthy, safe, and cohesive work environment while also maintaining legal and ethical continuity within the practice. He/she will lead by example and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The Manager is responsible for the success of the hospital in the following areas: benchmarking; client and staff retention; productivity; and profitability. Generally, the Hospital Manager will be responsible for the daily accounting transactions with clients, transactions with clients, banks, suppliers, and personnel, coordinate scheduling, and training for the practice. It’s required to act as a liaison between the Veterinarians, Management and the hospital team.

Receptionist:
The receptionist is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The receptionist answers telephones, greets clients, prepares patient files, receives and relays client correspondence, updates client financial records. Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties. The exceptional receptionist has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding.

Veterinary Technician:
The veterinary technician is the veterinarian's primary medical support. They begin the examination procedure and continue to assist the doctor throughout the examination, diagnosis and treatment phases. They aid the veterinarians in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of technical work and administrative detail. They have a very significant role in communicating with and education clients about their pets. Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, escorts clients and patients to exam rooms, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and hazardous materials programs.

Client Service Representative (CSR):
The CSR is the client’s first contact when calling the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to clients. As a CSR, you will answer telephones, schedule regular and surgery appointments. Also, you must have the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding. Provide clients with product and service information, transfer client calls to appropriate staff, complete call logs and reports, recognize, document and alert the Manager of trends in client calls and recommend process improvements.

Groomer:
This person must have a strong love for animals and a great personality. This position requires an active person with multi-tasking skills, a high energy level because a lot of time will be spent on your feet. Someone who is literally not afraid to get their hands dirty, even groomers “scoop".
This person will ensure the safety and security of pets, customers, associates and visitors. You must ensure the proper care of all the pets in our care ..You must be able to work flexible schedules and hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
All Support Staff must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time; the ability to reach, bend, climb and crouch is needed to perform job responsibilities. Other requirements include the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance, to see, speak and to hear sufficiently to communicate observations about animals and to process arm steadiness – as well as finger dexterity – to operate equipment and work with animals.
