As a Staff Veterinarian, you will work with the practice manager to define and implement practice medical policies and procedures that ensure quality patient care. You will deliver medical, surgical and dental care to patients. Our Staff Veterinarians play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships as well as staff relationships. Also, you will assist in supervising and possibly training Associate Veterinarians in the practice. Generally, if there is a Relief Veterinarian working in the hospital, as the senior doctor, it will be an important responsibility of ensuring a positive work environment in which the practice can achieves its goals. We will provide the hospital management and staffing to ensure that you have the flexibility of concentrating on the client’s pet. Whether it’s your own examinations, anesthetics, surgical procedures, or medical know-how; we will give you the professional support to make your job easier.
