Val-U-Vet was established in DeLand, Florida in 2004. The first location was not much more than a basic shot clinic. We soon evolved into a full service veterinary organization. We eventually purchased several established veterinary practices, and built a few of our own. We now boast six amazing veterinary hospitals. We also still provide shot clinics, but now they are a traveling unit. Every weekend you can find them in multiple locations across Florida. Over the years, we have proudly built a standing reputation for high-quality veterinary care. Just ask any of our 35,000 active clients. Each Val-U-Vet hospital is loaded with the best equipment to perform all types of surgery, veterinary dentistry, high-tech diagnostics and much, much more. We are now proudly offering advanced PRP Therapy and Stem Cell Therapy as treatment options for pets suffering from degenerative diseases, such as arthritis. All of our licensed veterinarians are held to the highest standards of care. Your pet’s health and happiness is their top-priority. Since our doctors aren’t stressed out with the rigors of running a business, they are completely focused on practicing the best possible medicine. All of our veterinarians regularly gain new skills and experience through continuing education.
Excellent Client Guidance:
When your companion is feeling under the weather, a veterinary hospital visit can be extremely stressful. We always keep you “in the loop” throughout the duration of your visit. Once we diagnose your pet, we present you with an itemized list of the best possible treatment options. While explaining the treatment options, we encourage you to ask questions. Our staff does not make commissions and we are proud to be a “no-pressure” organization. Through honesty and medical expertise, we help you make the best decisions for you and your pet.
Convenience:
We appreciate how valuable your time is. Our hospitals are highly organized and generously staffed to keep wait times as short as possible. Having multiple doctors gives us scheduling flexibility so you can book appointments that better fit your schedule. We typically recommend appointments, but we happily welcome walk-ins and drop-offs.
